About Us

I created Speed Industry in 2007 because I felt that Metro Detroit needed a dyno tuning shop where you can confidently take your car to and know that it will be taken care of.

I'm not one to blow my own horn, but I feel that I bring a lot to the table. I've spent over a decade working in the automotive engineering field in tooling, testing and research. Over 20 years of working on cars, over 20 years of auto parts sales experience, and I have a Bachelor's degree in business from Walsh College where business ethics are a high priority and, of course, I'm a licensed mechanic. I've been in the sport compact 'scene' long before a 'scene' even existed... and before that I was heavily into V8 domestic muscle. To this day I have a passion for all things fast... whether it has 4 cylinders and a big turbo, or 8 cylinders and a carburetor, it doesn't matter, what matters is the passion.

You can teach a man a skill... but you can't teach him to care. That comes from within. You can be assured that the staff at Speed Industry genuinely cares about what we do; come find out for yourself.
